coordination of sub-contractors and our crews is essential .
Your Protection
Our most important role is for your protection from
unscrupulous sub-contractors. We require our subs to
provide us with current insurance and workman's comp if
required. Safety is Job "1". Our supervisors are trained in
Osha 1910.0 and are updated yearly. Any unsafe activities
will be stopped immediately. Sub-contractors are not paid
until the work is completed.
Your convenience
We do the organizing to get you moved in. We also do the
calling and coordination of sub-contractors. We rarely have to
raise our voice to get the job done.
