we calculate the costs for the Jobs we do ourselves In house and the
cost of the sub-contractors portion of the work. The package can be
calculated in several ways.
1. Owner builder (owner participation)-We'll get done what you cant do.
2. No Owner participation-We do all jobs
3. Job over site (supervisor on site)-We do all jobs with super on site
4. Job over site remote supervision-We do all jobs with remote super.
